Overview
Indian Arm Brook Proposed Ecological Reserve is an area nominated by the public for protection under the Wilderness and Ecological Reserves Act.
Whether (and how) to protect Indian Arm Brook is a decision that involves the communities that surround the proposed reserve. WERAC has completed the in-person and online engagements regarding the protection of Indian Arm Brook.
The Provincial Government would like to thank all who participated in the engagement and consultation process. The information received will be reviewed by the Wilderness and Ecological Reserves Advisory Council (WERAC) and the Department of Environment and Climate Change to inform a decision on whether to proceed with provisional protection.
