“a substance used in its natural form for civil construction or agricultural purposes….but does not include slate, marble, granite and similar stone used as dimension stone”
An example of a revised definition of quarry material is:
“a substance used in its natural form including gravel, sand, clay, earth, peat, soil, shale, stone, limestone, dolostone, sandstone, marble, granite, rock or other prescribed material.”
