The purpose of the Nursing Think Tank Event is to develop innovative solutions to help address nursing recruitment and retention challenges in Newfoundland and Labrador. As a RN/NP, you know the issues well. Please reflect on the opportunities and concerns within your workplace or worksite and provide any suggestions (no matter how small or large) you may have.
